At Strands by Tsunami, our primary focus is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products and service. Strands by Tsunami maintains a high level of quality assurance in our products. All of our hair is professionally inspected and packaged. Each bundle goes through an in depth process to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality of virgin hair.

Exchanges & Refunds

We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within the last 30 calendar days if the desired product received is not satisfactory. Exchanges are granted for a product of equal or greater value.  To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be in the original packaging and in resale condition with the original receipt.
